Banana Pudding Pie

I've made this quite a few times now: for a Super Bowl get together, vacation in Florida, & for my parents! It's light and delicious -- perfect for those warmer days that are surely coming soon! If bananas are not your flavor of choice, this may not be for you, but for those I've made it for, they've seemed to really enjoy it!

Pie Crust

My cousin Katie, known for her delicious homemade pies, told me this was her go to pie crust recipe! Our Aunt Mary added this to the "Brand Cookbook" in memory of Great Grandma Brand. It's very easy to make!

After pinching the edges, I baked the pie at 450 degrees for 10 minutes!

Banana Pudding Filling

Ingredients:

3-4 Bananas

1 & 3/4 cup Milk

Cool Whip

Banana Cream Pudding

1. Layer the baked pie crust with bananas. I used two small bananas.

2. Add the boxed pudding and milk together and stir until the pudding is thick.

3. Use 3/4 of the cool whip and stir into the thickened puddings,

4. Pour onto the pie crust & bananas

5. Let chill for at least two hours

6. After two hours, use the remaining cool whip to spread over the pie. Then add slices of one banana on top of the cool whip!

7. Serve & Enjoy!
